The Scotsman's Stephen McGinty along with University of Glasgow academics Christian Tams (Chair of International Law) and Peter Jackson (Professor of Global Security) will discuss the lasting impact of the Paris Peace conference of 1919 which produced borders that have contributed to the rise of IS via a webchat today. Professor Jackson and Tams have co-authored a piece in the Scotsman today on the topic.
